There are over 25 magic sets in existence today. Magic is the most popular collectible card game in the US, if not the world. It was spawned from the famous role playing game, Dungeons and dragons. The creator, Richard Garfield, is a true genius. Also, if you are stuck playing portal, I feel sory for you. If you haven't played the game with older cards, you don't know what you are missing. It is so much better than the new expansions and rules.

These are my top five favorite cards from the most recent card set, Urza's Destiny. They are the most useful, creative, or just outright fun, cards in the set.

Interesting with a flame wave (hehehe)
4: Brine Seer
A quite powerful card. Reveal X blue cards in your hand plus a little mana to counter a spell unless it's caster pays X.
3: Attrition
A black enchantment, that you can activate by paying 1 black and sacking a creature, that terrors a creature. Very useful during combat.
