On September 9, There will be several important video gaming advances. One of these being the release of Diablo 2. If you have played Diablo, then you will know that it was an extraordinary game. It blended  the leveling up theme from RPG's with the real time battle theme from action/adventure games. Diablo 2 will have a few major changes from the original Diablo, such as 8 player multiplayer support on Battle.net. It also will have 5 character classes instead of just the three. Your journey will take you across 4 CD's in your quest to stop the the lord of terror and his brethren, Mepisto and Baal. You can download the opening sequence here. The legend of Zelda: Gaiden was unveiled at the annual Space World in Japan. It looks pretty impressive, as of now, and I assume that it will only get better. Gaiden means sequel, so this is going to be the first actual sequel to a Zelda game. All of the others have just been the same (basic) storyline remade. You can download a small video clip below.
